The price includes local taxes and VAT, room only, except the hotels that indicates especifically other services. Generally, Full Board (that includes buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner and room), and Half Board, (except if indicates otherwise, includes buffet breakfast, dinner and room), don't include drinks with the meals. The price includes all offers, discounts and supplements, that ocassionally could apply to your booking. The price doesn't include any other service that hasn't been mentioned, or any extras such as telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking facilities, sea views, cots, etc. The price doesn't include either, any of the requirements that the client might write down in "REMARKS", because, if the hotel is able to provide them, it could mean and additional payment, payable at the hotel reception. No animals allowed.

The booking would be confirmed only, after the minimun of 25% of the total bill deposit is paid. Once your booking is finished, and your credit card transaction has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, that you should print out, and present at the hotel reception at the time of your check-in. The outstanding moneys should be paid at the time of the check-in, at the hotel recepcion.

Cancellation Conditions

All cancellations should be done only. through our booking centre: (+34) 964 41 44 37. No cancellations should be done through e-mail or any other way. A booking can be cancelled without any charges if is done 48 hours before the arrival date. A booking cancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date, there will be a charge of the equivalent of one night, to cover cancellation expenses. If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the arrival date, or the client or clients don't come at all, there will be a charge equivalent to two nights stay. If there is an unexpected, early check out, there will be a charge equivalent to two nights in the type of accomodation established in the booking.

Booking Changing Conditions

Any changes in your booking should be done only through the booking centre, telephone (+34) 964 41 44 37. Changes in the booking cannot be done via e-mail or any other way. Changes made 48 hours or more before the arrival time, won't have any charges. Any changes in the number of rooms, nights, or change of Hotel, made with less than 48 hours before the arrival time will be taken as a cancellation, therefore, cancellation charges will be applied.
